But what happens when applications require even more than air - especially for smaller or more sensitive workpieces? This is where our annealing boxes and protective gas boxes come into play. They extend the possibilities of conventional heat treatment by creating a controlled atmosphere. By using protective and reactive gases such as argon, nitrogen, or forming gas, oxidation is significantly reduced and process stability is increased - step by step, batch by batch. Instead of relying on standard conditions, users gain full control over temperature uniformity, atmosphere, and process sequence.
