We celebrate a very special milestone at Excalibur Wealth.   My colleague, Werner Gibbs, marks 20 years with the firm — a journey that is deeply intertwined with our own evolution over the past 27 years.   Back in 2006, we made what was, at the time, a pioneering decision: instead of relying on experienced hires, we chose to grow our own timber. We began investing in talented, well-rounded graduates straight out of university, developing them through a multi-year internship into exceptional wealth advisers.   Werner was the very first of these graduates.   His success was nothing short of remarkable. In many ways, he set the standard and paved the way for those who followed. That decision has since become a cornerstone of our business — enabling true succession planning and shaping the multi-generational team we are so proud of today.   Over the years, Werner has played an integral role in our success. He became a founding member of our Management Committee (MANCO) 12 years ago and today serves as both a Director and shareholder.   More than that, he is a seasoned wealth adviser, a passionate leader, and someone whose energy and commitment are felt across the entire business. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he embodies the values we stand for.   Werner — it has been an absolute privilege working alongside you over the past two decades.
