Over the weekend, we wrapped up one of the most successful and energizing strategy sessions yet. I am truly grateful to have played a key role in both planning and execution. When the request first came through, I sat down with our managing director, Pearl Nkrumah, and the Strategy Team to fully understand the vision: what this year’s strategy sessions needed to achieve, the story we wanted SPEAK to tell, and the key moments that had to be highlighted. With that clarity, I immediately shifted into execution mode. Organizing a six-day strategy session at this scale goes far beyond schedules and checklists. For me, the most important part is building strong working relationships with every team, vendor, and stakeholder involved. I am meticulous, very particular about quality, standards, and seamless delivery, so ensuring everyone understands the expectations from the start is key. And of course, even the best plans shift along the way. But because of the relationships we’ve built over time, our vendors consistently went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute changes and help us deliver an experience that truly stands out. From securing the right venue and aligning with all internal teams to managing vendors and handling guest numbers that changed by the minute, it was a full, fast-moving production from start to finish. A heartfelt appreciation to Pearl Nkrumah for her leadership and the Strategy Team: Nana Adu Kyeremateng, Akosua Biama Aboagye, Aboagyewaa Appiah Asante, ACIB, Joshua Omari-Asiedu, Rahuf Mohammed, Isaac Sackitey, Wellington Okunor, and Talata Mahama for the synergy, trust, and shared commitment that made these sessions such a success. Here’s to execution with excellence, creativity, adaptability… and a touch of magic. Call me the lady for the job.
