Welcoming our dear MMK Community to #MMKHeilbronn! 🌟 🤖 Our first hours already showed what this country can do when Industry meets Academia: In the Aula, Albrecht Reimold (Porsche AG) and Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Horst Wildemann (Technical University of Munich and TCW Management Consulting) opened with Reinventing the Factory Floor. Parallel in Room 2, Angie Gifford (Meta) and Dr. Georg Ziegler (thyssenkrupp) explored how Industrial AI moves from prototypes to production reality. In Room 1, Julian Derber (E.ON) led the AI Design Sprint, mapping business potential — fast, smart, applied. Back on the main stage, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Marion A. Weissenberger-Eibl, Dr. Adrian Reisch (EY) and Christian Schumacher (OHB SE) took us into AI in the Sky! The early highlights continued with Dr. Frauke Goll, Dr. Philipp Gerbert and Dr. Benjamin Robert Schiller in Meet the Transformers, Emily Kate Genatowski on Living with a Robot; and Prof. Robert Katzschmann (ETH Zürich), Nicola Kolb and Sven Parusel in The Next Industrial Handshake. And last but not least, Prof. Dr. Christoph Kaserer (TUM School of Management) and Prof. Dr. Ali Sunyaev (TUM Campus Heilbronn) set the tone for a day where industry and research truly work side by side.
