Halfway through 2025, and it already feels like a full chapter 📖 In just a few months, we turned an idea into a growing movement. Together with Nora Laduver and Peter Laduver, we launched TudásHíd Mentorprogram – a non-profit initiative connecting high schoolers with real-world opportunities. What started as a spark quickly became something much bigger: a team, a mission, and a series of projects that are already making an impact 📈 Here’s what we’ve achieved so far: ◼️ Organized a career day for 500+ students, with nearly 50 guest speakers from fields like business, finance, science, and psychology ◼️ Built a 30-person student team and learned what it takes to turn an idea into a movement. ◼️ Visited companies like MVM and the Budapest Stock Exchange to show students what careers look like behind the scenes 🤩 ◼️ Started a tailored rhetoric package to help students develop their communication and presentation skills, empowering them to share their stories confidently. ◼️ Organized a Study Abroad Day for high school students across the country, where participants had a unique chance to talk to Hungarian university students from all over the world 🌍 ◼️ Launched the TudásHíd Foundation, a legal entity that will support our mission to bridge the gap between theoretical education and the real world for years to come 🚀 ◼️ Welcomed 3 new team members in the person of Izabell Filkor, Brúnó Sáfrány, and Gergő Bíró to keep TudásHíd growing sustainably into the future 🙌 ◼️ Successfully held our closing conference, where students showcased the knowledge they gained through speeches and presentations. …and just recently, we also qualified for the final round of the prestigious startup competition, Social Impact Award 🎉 More on that later... 👀 Huge shoutout to Norbert Guger, Zoltán dr.Németh, DrPrezi, Lilla Pap, and Ferenc Pozsár for tirelessly supporting us throughout this journey 😊 We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, and excited for everything that’s still to come
