Product Manager | SaaS, CRM, Telecom | Skilled in Roadmaps, Prioritization, and Remote Team Leadership
Product Management is NOT a one-person job. A PM might own the roadmap, but they don't own the product. Looking at this graphic reminded me of a lesson I've learned throughout my career managing SaaS and telecom products: š The success of a product is rarely determined by the quality of the roadmap alone. š It's determined by how well cross-functional teams align around a common outcome. As Product Managers, we're constantly operating at the intersection of: š¹ Engineering - balancing scalability and technical feasibility š¹ UX & Design - creating intuitive customer experiences š¹ Sales & Marketing - understanding market needs and positioning value š¹ Customer Success & Support - uncovering real customer pain points š¹ QA & Operations - ensuring reliability and seamless delivery š¹ Leadership & Finance - aligning investments with business goals Some of the most impactful product decisions I've made didn't come from a dashboard or framework. They came from conversations. š A support team highlighting a recurring customer issue. š An engineer identifying a technical risk. š A salesperson sharing objections heard in the field. š A designer challenging assumptions about user behavior. The best PMs don't just manage products. They connect people, align perspectives, and turn competing priorities into customer value. š” Product Management is less about owning every answer and more about orchestrating the expertise of the people around you. What's the most underrated team PMs should spend more time with? #ProductManagement #ProductManager #SaaS #Leadership #ProductLeadership #CustomerExperience #CrossFunctionalTeams #Tech #Agile #ProductStrategy
