Product Manager | SaaS, CRM, Telecom | Skilled in Roadmaps, Prioritization, and Remote Team Leadership
A Roadmap to Becoming a Product Manager? Looking at frameworks like this reminds me that Product Management is rarely a straight path. My own journey started in software engineering, where I learned how products are built. Over time, I moved into product leadership, managing SaaS, CRM, telecom, and AI-powered products across global teams. What I've learned is that the most valuable PM skills aren't just PRDs, roadmaps, or Agile ceremonies. They're the ability to: ✅ Understand customer problems deeply ✅ Balance business goals with user needs ✅ Make decisions with incomplete information ✅ Align stakeholders with different priorities ✅ Turn strategy into measurable outcomes From launching a telecom reseller platform adopted by thousands of users to building AI-enabled products leveraging LLMs, every step reinforced the same lesson: Product Management isn't about shipping more features. It's about solving the right problems and creating meaningful business impact. For aspiring PMs, don't feel pressured to master everything at once. Focus on understanding customers, learning how businesses create value, and developing strong decision-making skills. The tools, frameworks, and titles will follow.
