CEO @ workshops.work B.V. | Leadership Training | Podcast Host of Unprofessionalism - Building the courage to be more human at work

🎙️ After nearly seven years and 350+ episodes, a chapter is coming to an end. By the end of this year, I’ll retire the workshops work podcast in its current form. If you’ve listened lately, you may have noticed that my curiosity is shifting — from facilitation towards leadership, humanness, and the messy beauty of (un)professionalism. So from January, #workshopswork will be rebranded to #Unprofessionalism. It feels less like an ending and more like a release: An end to the ongoing FOMO of “new episodes dropping” An end to the ever-growing “to-listen-maybe-later” list. ⛔️ We’ll stop at episode 355. A good number to close the loop. And then… something new will begin. Something I’ve always dreamed of: 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 🎧 A space to listen together — to revisit favourite episodes, ask new questions, and explore ideas that still echo years later. We’ll meet once a month, not to consume more, but to connect more deeply. 👉 If that sounds like something you’d love to be part of, leave a comment below, and I’ll share how to join this new adventure. ** The video below was a Fishbowl I hosted to celebrate the first 50 episodes! Thanks to Jeroen Paling for the video and pictures and to: 💖 Rein Sevenstern Shayne Smart Mireille Beumer nadja petranovskaja Marjolijn de Graaf - Verbeek Max Brouwer Frans Scheepens Boas Loeb Amaranatho Robey Jeremy Akers for joining and creating amazing memories together. I'll add the link to the episode in the comments
