You’ll own: → B2B demand gen + the HubSpot engine behind the launch → B2C content & positioning for skilled workers navigating visas → Localized GTM for Portugal & Spain → Building the marketing function — and eventually the team You are: → 5+ years in growth/GTM with a real B2B pipeline to your name → Hands-on in HubSpot — you build the flows, not brief them → A strong writer who thinks in positioning → EU-based, Vienna-reachable, travel-ready Report to the CEO.
