Our CEO, Maggie Childs, took the stage at Berufsbildertag at Uni Wien to talk about what startup life actually looks like. Her take: founding a startup takes persistence, determination, and a little delusion. Creating something that didn't exist before is hard, but that's the whole point. In the early stages, everyone's job is constantly changing. The thing you are building is the only constant. Founders have to shed roles as the company grows, and your job keeps morphing. The same goes for the whole team. Funny enough, a lot of people walked away wanting to work for us. But that's not why we came. We were there to help students take the next step in their careers. 👉 For students, our free Student Work Permit (Beschäftigungsbewilligung) journey support helps anyone on a student visa work up to 20 hours a week. 👉 And for graduates, we guide you through the visa process, so your future employer doesn't have to worry about it.
