Fifty years of Carrousel of the Nations, and this year Brazil had its own village for the very first time. There is something powerful about watching a community show up in full force to celebrate where they come from, while being fully rooted in where they are. That balance, of carrying your culture into a new country while building something new, is something we think about every day at My Social Spark. We work with companies navigating exactly that kind of transition, entering markets where they are unknown, where the language is different, where the relationships don't exist yet, and where showing up the right way matters more than showing up loud. Culture is never just background, it is the very thing that builds trust between people who don't yet know each other. Being one of the sponsors of the first Brazilian Village at Carrousel of the Nations felt personal for that reason. We were there all day, covering the stories, the interviews, the moments that made this milestone real for the Brazilian community, with the same attention and intention we bring to every event we cover.
