I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined SailPoint as a Healthcare Account Executive. What drew me here goes beyond being an overall leader, product leader and innovation leader. It’s SailPoint’s culture, the Four I’s: Innovation, Integrity, Impact, and Individuals, and how directly those values translate into better outcomes for clinicians and patients. Innovation empowers health systems to govern AI agents and automate access responsibly. Integrity ensures we protect every human and non-human identity involved in delivering care. Impact is the result, leading to safer, faster, more efficient care across the entire identity ecosystem. Individuals reminds us to stay grounded in the real challenges clinicians face every day, and to support the people who deliver and receive care. I’m excited to bring these values forward and help health systems strengthen identity as a foundation for patient outcomes. Here’s to the work ahead.
