Thank you Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and Alejandra De Iturriaga for organising this year’s annual stakeholder forum and for addressing MVNO Europe’s question on how the DNA should preserve competition in wholesale mobile markets.   We particularly welcome BEREC’s commitment to avoid an excessive centralisation of powers, ensuring that national authorities retain the ability to introduce pro-competitive measures where needed — including MVNO wholesale access obligations.   This is essential for the EU to delivering choice, innovation and competitive mobile markets.
