MVNO Europe has issued a clear warning in yesterday's Open Letter to the #Commission #President Ursula von der Leyen and #Executive Vice-President for #Tech Sovereignty Henna Virkkunen. As the #DigitalNetworksAct advances: Europe’s digital future depends on #competition, #diversity and fair access. If policymakers allow #consolidation to override contestability, Europe risks slower #innovation, fewer choices and weakened industrial competitiveness. We call on the Commission to preserve non-discriminatory wholesale access, maintain a robust SMP regime, and enable a true Single Market for #IoT, #M2M and connected vehicle services. #Europe can only lead in digital innovation if all players, including #MVNOs, can compete and operate across borders.
