Defining Moment for Europe’s Digital Future and Competitiveness "The upcoming Digital Networks Act (DNA) is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build a single market for Internet of Things (IoT). As President of MVNO Europe, I fully support our call to the European Commission, to  make the #DNA a bold step forward for #openness, #competition, and #innovation. MVNOs have long been champions of innovation, diversity and choice. The DNA must: - Preserves the Significant Market Power (SMP) regime to safeguard competition. - Maintain the power of national authorities to mandate non-discriminatory wholesale access in spectrum licenses. But we must go further! To unlock the full potential of #M2M, #IoT, and #Connected #Vehicles, the #DNA must:  - Define these services clearly to eliminate regulatory ambiguity across Member States. - Guarantee #permanent #roaming for these use cases to deliver on the promise of a single market. - Allow dynamic multi-network access to ensure resilience, service continuity and competitive choice. Europe’s #digital #sovereignty and industrial competitiveness depend on it.
