𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 ✅𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 ♦️ After 31 incredible years, my inspiring process at ARIS has reached its end event. In the spirit of business process management, I know that every 🔚 End Event = New Start Event - it’s all about the end-to-end journey. ✅ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 My career process was initiated three decades ago, when Alexander Pocsay, Peter Mattheis, and August-Wilhelm Scheer trusted me to help IDS Scheer’s customers implement SAP in a process-driven way. That trust set the foundation for a career built on transformation, innovation, and teamwork. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 ✖️ ▪️ Developing a new Business 💰: Together with Thomas Joachim, I built the SAP CRM business and experienced the excitement of IDS Scheer’s IPO. ▪️ Major Gateway: Integration and Growth 📈- The acquisition by Software AG was a pivotal gateway. Working with Ivo Totev, Bjoern Brauel, and Tobias Minkwitz, we merged cultures, strategies, and processes. ▪️ Accelerating the Process 🎢: Arno Theiss was a catalyst, supporting me as we elevated the Global Consulting Business to new heights. ▪️ Decision Point ✖️: General Manager for ARIS and Alfabet - Entrusted by Sanjay Brahmawar, Stefan Sigg, and Wolfram Jost, I took on the responsibility of leading ARIS and Alfabet, steering the business through a landmark SaaS transformation, achieving market leadership, and launching category-defining products. 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨-𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬👬 No transformation happens alone - special thanks to Ellen Riehm and Dr. Arnim Corbach for their passion and partnership over decades. To all customers and partners — especially Ekansh Garg, Aman Dutta, Dr. Russell Gomersalll, Tanguy PETRE, Christian Barth, Christian Reiter and Gert Ottosson —thank you for your trust and collaboration.
