I am honored to share that I have been appointed as the Chief People & Culture Officer Baker Hughes. This new chapter in my career is the culmination of many years of growth, learning, and invaluable experiences. As I step into this role, I will be responsible for leading our human resources capabilities and operations, with a key focus on cultivating a workplace culture that is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our mission of taking energy forward. Reflecting on my journey, I’m filled with both excitement and gratitude. The countless opportunities I’ve had to live in different countries, immerse myself in diverse cultures, and work alongside extraordinary people have not only broadened my understanding of the world but have also taught me the importance of adaptability, empathy, and collaboration. These experiences have shaped the leader I am today and have given me a deep sense of purpose and commitment to making a positive impact. I want to express my deep gratitude to Deanna Jones , our Chief People, Communications & Transformation Officer, for her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment. Her contributions have been vital to our ongoing business transformation, and I am grateful for her partnership during this transition. Additionally, I am immensely thankful for the dedicated teams across our People & Culture organization.
