فيلا مستوحاة من الفناء العربي التقليدي يستند تصميم هذه الفيلا الخاصة إلى مفهوم الفناء العربي التقليدي، حيث يلعب الفناء دورًا حيويًا في تعديل المساحات الداخلية واستحضار ذاكرة العمارة العربية القديمة. يوفر فناء الحديقة إطلالات محسوبة على المناظر الطبيعية والماء من الداخل، فيما تعمل شاشات المشربية على توفير الخصوصية وتلاعب الضوء والظل. تحتوي الحديقة على مساحات معيشية ترتبط بصريًا بالتراسات والمناظر الطبيعية الخضراء. يوفر الفناء المركزي المضاء من الأعلى بيئة داخلية هادئة بفضل الضوء الطبيعي المتدفق. تتوزع أجنحة النوم في الطابق الأول حول الفناء، مع جناح رئيسي يتمتع بوصول خاص ونوافذ كبيرة وحمام خاص. في الطابق السفلي، توجد مجلس كبير ومساحة لتناول الطعام تطل على فناء غائر، بالإضافة إلى جناح نوم للضيوف، بينما تبقى مساحات الخدمات مخفية تمامًا. تضمن إدارة الحركة والوصول كفاءة الاستخدام والحفاظ على خصوصية العائلة. تعزز المواد الطبيعية مفهوم التصميم، باستخدام الحجر الطبيعي المحلي والخشب وشاشات المشربية المصنوعة من الألمنيوم البرونزي والخرسانة، مما يضفي دفء وضوءًا طبيعيًا على المساحات الداخلية. يقدم التصميم توازنًا متناغمًا بين التراث والحداثة، مما يجعل الفيلا نموذجًا مميزًا للعمارة العربية المعاصرة. This private villa is inspired by the traditional Arab courtyard, where the courtyard plays a vital role in shaping the interior spaces and evoking the memory of ancient Arab architecture. The garden courtyard offers carefully framed views of the landscape and water from within, while the mashrabiya screens provide privacy and create a play of light and shadow. The garden includes living spaces that are visually connected to the terraces and lush landscapes. The central courtyard, illuminated from above, creates a serene indoor environment through the flow of natural light. The sleeping quarters on the first floor are arranged around the courtyard, with the master suite enjoying private access, large windows, and an en-suite bathroom. The basement features a spacious majlis (sitting room) and a dining area that overlooks a sunken courtyard, along with a guest bedroom suite, while service areas remain completely hidden. The design ensures efficient movement and access while maintaining family privacy. Natural materials reinforce the design concept, utilizing local natural stone, wood, bronze-colored aluminum mashrabiya screens, and concrete, infusing warmth and natural light into the interiors.
