She ranked second in the IBM Turkey Software Competition while studying Computer Engineering at Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Eylül University, then completed her master’s in Engineering Management at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi. She began her career as a Senior Analyst at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, advanced to Senior Product Owner at Emakina MENA, and then Head of Product at sahibinden.com — managing digital platforms with multi-billion lira transaction volumes and cross-functional agile teams at every step. Today, she leads in product strategy, agile team management, and AI transformation, while also bringing an ICF-certified professional coaching identity to her technical foundation.
