With 125 years of history behind it, this year's NAMM message is clearer than ever: experience is everything. 🎸🎉 This anniversary was a real celebration, but it also felt like a genuine moment of reset for the #industry. Where are we heading? What’s changing? And what actually keeps musicians (and businesses) moving forward? 🚀 We were truly happy to be invited to be part of that conversation and to contribute some of our #perspective on stage. 🎙️ "Industry Insights" Keynote with Hans Our CEO, Hans Thomann, joined the opening keynote conversation with #NAMM President and CEO, John Mlynczak, to share the Thomann story and discuss some of the defining moments from our 70+ year history, during which we have had to adapt, learn quickly and continuously improve without ever losing sight of what matters most: maintaining close relationships with #musicians and the people who make music possible. Adapting isn’t a one-time move, it’s a continuous process. If you do it right, you can evolve without losing your #identity. 💬 "The Experience Economy" panel Our CMO, Dominic Wagner, joined Thomas Ripsam (C.F. Martin & Co) and Sarah Yule (Orange Amplifiers) for a discussion moderated by Michael Nelson (C.F. Martin & Co). They explored a topic that is on all our minds: In a world flooded with #content, how can you truly stand out and how do we inspire more people, especially kids and teenagers, to pick up an instrument and keep playing? The conclusion: #experience is the key differentiator. It’s also something you can intentionally build. 🎶 The discussion focused on practical ways in which brands and #retailers can build communities that feel real and worth engaging with, connect physical and digital #touchpoints to create a consistent #customer journey, use AI to improve relevance and service while maintaining a human touch, and ultimately help more people to start (and continue) making music. 🤝 A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to listen, and to those who stayed for a chat, even if it did turn into a 20-minute conversation! That's what it's all about. If you were at NAMM too: What product, trend or conversation are you still thinking about? 👇 #NAMM2026 #NAMMShow #MusicIndustry #Retail #CustomerExperience #Community #Thomann #WeSpreadMusic
