Celebrating SistersIN Class of 2026   Yesterday, Musgrave Northern Ireland participated in the SistersIN Celebration event at the ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall in Belfast, celebrating the class of 2026.   The event concluded this year’s SistersIN Leadership Programme, which focuses on building leadership skills and confidence among female pupils to prepare them for future leadership roles.   The day was dedicated to celebrating the achievements, growth, and impact of participating female pupils, their mentors, and teachers who supported them. Hosted by Caroline O' Neill, and with over 1,000 attendees (including 800 sixth-form students), the celebration event included keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking with mentors and partner companies.   Musgrave were delighted to be a growth partner of the leadership programme for the second year running, helping to inspire the next generation of female leaders. Building on the success of last year’s initiative, fourteen Musgrave colleagues had the opportunity to mentor students from various schools across Northern Ireland over the past number of months, sharing their learned experience, leadership skills and insights.
