✨Musgrave and the AccessAbility Employee Resource Group continue to progress key actions to support disability inclusion.      The AccessAbility ERG and colleagues visited the Down Syndrome Cork - Field of Dreams of Dreams Training Centre in Cork recently to understand the opportunities for people with disabilities seeking employment. The Field of Dreams provides training in gardening, cooking, and barista skills for people with Down Syndrome who are seeking to upskill and open to employment.   The Down Syndrome Cork - Field of Dreams of Dreams impressed the Musgrave team with their presentation skills, passion for learning and great welcome. They even developed a taste test for us on the day!   What a superb visit.   Thanks to all the team and students at the Field of Dreams Training Centre.
