🌟 Intern Innovation Competition 2026 – Winners Announced  At Musgrave Early Careers, we’re delighted to share the winners of this year’s Intern Innovation Competition. This initiative gives interns the opportunity to work in teams on real business challenges, bringing fresh thinking, building confidence, and developing ideas with the potential to make a real impact. This year, four teams presented innovative proposals across a range of business areas, showcasing the creativity, collaboration, and ambition of our early careers community.    🏆 Winning Team: My SuperValu  Congratulations to:  Kealan Griffin  Aaron Coleman-Barry Megan Ryan  Abigail O'Sullivan Fionnán Leahy   Their project focused on enhancing the customer experience through a more connected and seamless digital journey, and stood out for its clarity, practicality, and strong customer focus.   👏 A huge well done to all teams who took part.
