Stillstand ist keine Option. Wenn bestehende Bauteile kurzfristig an neue Anforderungen angepasst werden müssen, entscheidet vor allem eines: Geschwindigkeit und nahtlos ineinander greifende Prozesse, die auf allen Ebenen technische Exzellenz sichern, damit ein Bauteil direkt zuverlässig eingesetzt werden kann. Genau diese Kombination haben wir für einen unserer Kunden in die Tat umgesetzt. Dieser stand vor der Herausforderung, eine Weinabfüllanlage auf ein neues Flaschenformat umzurüsten. Eine schnelle Anpassung war notwendig, da sonst Maschinenstillstände und Lieferverzögerungen drohten und erhebliche Auswirkungen auf Produktion und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Unternehmens gehabt hätten. 💡Unsere Lösung: Die vorhandenen Formatteile wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit neu vermessen, konstruktiv angepasst und direkt produziert. Dadurch konnten die Anschlussmaße der bestehenden Maschinen exakt übernommen und ein reibungsloser Austausch ermöglicht werden. Alle Bauteile wurden aus unserem Original "S"(R) Werkstoff auf der CNC-Maschine hergestellt. Das Ergebnis: eine langlebige und sofort einsatzbereite Lösung für die neue Flaschengeometrie. Dieses Beispiel zeigt, wie wichtig flexible Fertigungskompetenz und praxisnahe Konstruktion sind, um Produktionsprozesse auch unter Zeitdruck zuverlässig aufrechtzuerhalten. ____________________ Our highest priority: technical excellence – even when speed is of the essence. When existing components need to be adapted to new requirements at short notice, one thing matters above all else: speed. However, another crucial factor is essential to the success of a project – technical precision. Only this ensures that a component can be put into use immediately and reliably. It is precisely this combination that we put into practice for one of our customers. They faced the challenge of converting a wine bottling plant to a new bottle format. A rapid adaptation was necessary, as otherwise there was a risk of machine downtime and delivery delays, which would have had a significant impact on the company’s production and profitability. Our solution: The existing format parts were re-measured, structurally adapted and produced immediately. This allowed the connection dimensions of the existing machines to be precisely replicated, enabling a smooth replacement. All components were manufactured from high-quality original Materials and CNC-machined. The result: a durable and ready-to-use solution for the new bottle geometry. This example demonstrates how important flexible manufacturing expertise and practical design are for reliably maintaining production processes, even under time pressure.
