We’re bringing together leaders from around the Basin to work together for the long-term health and resilience of the Basin. We have partnered with Australian Rural Leadership Foundation to establish the Murray–Darling Basin Leadership Program. The #murraydarlingbasin is extraordinary and complex. The issues are rarely simple, and the stakes are high for communities, industries and the environment. That’s why we are backing this program to help support strong, capable and connected leadership across the Basin. This program will help participants to form lasting networks across communities and industries, and progress positive change even when they don’t always agree. Delivered across 3 cohorts (starting June 2026), it’s a 10‑month, multi‑session residential program with a 6‑month group coaching component to support action back in the real world.
