What comes to mind when you think about children’s mental health and wellbeing? It’s not just about big moments or when something is wrong – it’s in the everyday. In how children sleep, connect, cope and learn, and how these things change over time. The Children’s Wellbeing Continuum, developed by the Centre for Community Child Health, is a simple, strengths-based tool designed to support a shared understanding across the adults in a child’s life. It offers a common language to help notice changes, check in and feel more confident starting conversations early.
