Key Responsibilities ✅ Make outbound calls to US-based customers and prospects. ✅ Present products/services effectively and address customer queries. ✅ Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and timely follow-ups. ✅ Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/call logs. ✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships. What We're Looking For ✔ Excellent spoken English (US accent-friendly communication preferred). ✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. ✔ Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. ✔ Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. ✔ Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Experience ✔Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, customer support, or business development is preferred. ✔Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Preferred Skills ⭐ Experience in international sales or calling. ⭐ Exposure to US processes, BPO, or telesales. ⭐ Understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
