We are pleased to announce that Muller Technology is joining the Vasantha Group.   This acquisition brings together two highly complementary businesses. Muller Technology adds thin-wall packaging molds, dedicated IML automation – IML robots, high-speed takeout systems, stackers, case packers, palletizers, AMRs, and vision inspection systems – to Vasantha Group's existing strengths in high-cavitation injection molds, assembly, and testing automation.   Together, we now serve customers across Asia, Europe, and North America with a more complete End-to-End capability than either company could offer alone.   We will continue to operate under our own name with Carsten Eisenkraemer remaining as Group CEO.
