He served as Special Assistant to the President for Economic Affairs (State House) under President Levy Mwanawasa. And then President Rupiah Banda nominated him as MP and appointed him Minister of Finance from 2008 to 2011. He went into opposition and 10 years later, he has bounced back in the same position. The biggest task is source and make provisions for the youth and both social and economic development of our country. What are your expectations?
