A year ago, I walked into Fatimafert Limited as a fresh graduate not knowing what to expect. I left with two awards, a completion certificate, and more lessons than I can count. In between — I responded to emergencies I wasn't prepared for. I sat in RCA sessions trying to understand failures bigger than my textbooks. I got my hands dirty on shutdown maintenance, troubleshot equipment that refused to cooperate, and and somewhere along the way found myself working shoulder to shoulder with qualified engineers — trusted with two projects as if I were one of them. I also had the privilege of leading a community service initiative for the homeless and needy — something that reminded me that engineering is ultimately about people, not machines. None of this happened alone. To every engineer, mentor, and fellow trainee who was part of this journey — thank you. But there are people I need to name specifically. To Salman Ali, Muhammad Ali Subhani, Hassan Khawar, Muhammad Yesrub Iqbal, Haseeb Haider, Muhammad Usama Iqbal, Salman Jawaid Siddiq, Ahmad Hassan, Asad Daud, Muhammad Sheraz — You didn't just teach me engineering. You gave me your time, your patience, and a kindness I genuinely did not expect. Every opportunity you trusted me with, every moment you chose to explain instead of dismiss, every time you treated me like I belonged in the room — I carry that with me. I am in debt to each of you in ways I cannot repay. I can only hope to pass it forward. What you have given me — the knowledge, the trust, the kindness — I carry it forward. This isn't an ending. It's the foundation. Thank U....
