إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ Deeply saddened by the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir and Father Amir of the State of Qatar. He will be remembered for his visionary leadership and the remarkable role he played in shaping modern Qatar and strengthening its global standing. My heartfelt condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Al Thani family, and the people of Qatar during this difficult time.
