Today I had an unfortunate experience at MCB Bank Limited (Zafarwal Branch, District Narowal) that highlights a serious issue requiring immediate attention. I visited the branch with my sick mother to withdraw cash, but unfortunately, the biometric verification system was not working. As a result, we—and many other customers—were unable to complete essential banking transactions. In today’s fast-paced world, where banking systems are expected to be reliable and efficient, such disruptions can cause significant inconvenience, especially for elderly and unwell customers who rely heavily on these services. I strongly urge the concerned authorities at MCB Bank Limited to look into this matter and ensure that their biometric systems are properly maintained and functional at all times.
