Something really important happened on Tuesday. During Cannes Lions - the heartbeat of the advertising industry - ten women stood up on #WorldWomanCannesAgenda’s stage - not because a big agency sent them, not because they won a pass, not because someone decided they were ready. They stood up because they had something real to say. The theme was "Voice of Mother as a Force of Nature" - and every single one of them delivered it differently. Raw, poetic, funny, gutting, and real. Maria Milusheva with "The Motherssey." Jessica Stahl asking "So, What's Your Favorite Position?". Padcha Tanviruch on "Breast Pumps, Pitch Decks & Mom Guilt." Kemi Sulola "Re-Emerging With a New Song." Fulya Muftuoglu welcoming us to her "Un-Wedding With Patriarchy." Deepika Chopra and Rashmi Handa on "Before Words, There Was Voice." Nicky Lorenzo with "No One Briefed Me on This." Paula Grunfeld "Bringing the Ocean With Us." and Elizabeth (Lissy) Calienes reminding us that "The Tree Was Never the Whole Story." This is what a meaningful partnership actually looks like in practice - not a logo on a banner, but a stage that makes space for voices that deserve to be heard. Thanks to WORLD WOMAN FOUNDATION.
