We celebrate our heritage as well as embrace our future! That is how transformations happen. As the world celebrates 135 years of lighting on this International Day of Light, we achieved a historic milestone of introducing Signify brand at scale in our outdoor portfolio. Signify epitomizes innovation, connectivity and sustainability, and plays a more prominent part in our product portfolio. With this move our entire specification outdoor stack will soon be all Signify – Luminaires, Interact and Services. At the same time, our teams worked tirelessly in the background to make sure that this historic transition is seamless for our customers and our partners, essentially every practical thing remains the same, eliminating any friction from the entire process. It has been a privilege to support the team in making this happen. The team working on this program has been truly a cross-functional team spanning across product management, marketing, marcom, brand, data and digital, IT, procurement, factory development, industrial project mgmt., supply chain, quality, labs, order desk, quotation desk, legal, sales.....
