Guest Lecture Erasmus University Rotterdam Our colleagues Roeland van Amerom, Kristel de Jong and Peter van der Kroft recently delivered a guest lecture to master’s students from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam During this session, they provided an in-depth introduction to maritime and transport law, offering valuable insights into both the legal framework and its practical application. Through the discussion of a realistic mock case, students were given the opportunity to explore how complex legal issues arise and are addressed in professional practice. The interactive part of the session encouraged students to engage critically with the material, collaborate effectively, and apply their academic knowledge to practical scenarios, key competencies for their future careers in the legal field.
