What does employee health care look like when a company's everyday business is healthcare? 🩺 At MSD Polska, we believe that caring for employees' health starts with everyday actions, not one-off campaigns. That's why we run #EmpowerYourHealth - an initiative that has become a permanent part of our organizational culture and supports health in its broadest sense: physical, mental, and social. In 2025, this included preventive health screenings available directly at the workplace - for all employees, regardless of where or how they work, making access to prevention simpler than ever. On top of that, we held Psychological Safety workshops for 300 people, along with a space for open conversations about topics like mental health, menopause and andropause. The result? 1,047 screenings completed and 28 people referred for further diagnostics. For us, a good workplace is one where caring for employees' health is a permanent part of company culture, not a one-time initiative. It's an investment in people that translates into their safety, wellbeing, and everyday functioning ✅ We're proud that #EmpowerYourHealth was recognized in Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu report "Responsible Business in Poland 2025. Good Practices."
