What does it take to build a strong, long-term partnership? It takes the willingness to talk openly about what works, and about what doesn't. That's exactly why last week mattered. Together with David W., I had the pleasure of welcoming representatives of our most strategic customers to Walldorf for our first German-speaking Executive Advisory Board. Together with our customers, we talked about the transformation with #RISEwithSAP. No pitch, no polish, just the real questions: How are they experiencing the transformation in practice? What is delivering value? And where do we need to get better? A lot of valuable insights. A lot of honest dialogue. And exactly the kind of conversation real partnership is built on.
