Engineering excellence and innovation is at the heart of every experience we create at sea 🌊   This International Women in Engineering Day, we celebrated the people behind the innovation, precision and creativity that bring our ships to life.   As part of our partnership with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team, Carolina Donnangelo (Experience Development & Delivery Manager, Guest Experience Innovation) joined a panel at the team’s Enstone factory in the UK, alongside engineers, mechanics and industry partners.   Originally from Uruguay, Carolina began in civil engineering before moving into innovation.
