We're Hiring | Sales & Estimating Administrator Melbourne Roofing Solutions (trading as Maroondah Roofing and Midland Roofing) is seeking a full-time Sales & Estimating Administrator to join our team based in Tullamarine. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, supporting some of Victoria's leading residential builders. About the role: - Review builder plans and quote requests, providing clear direction to our estimating team. - Check and approve quotations before they are issued. - Liaise with builders to answer queries and follow up quotations. - Provide sales and estimating administration support to ensure a smooth customer experience. We're looking for someone who: - Can confidently read and interpret residential building plans. - Has experience in estimating, sales, administration or the residential construction industry. - Has excellent communication and customer service skills. - Is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. - Roofing industry experience is preferred but not essential.
