Around this time last year, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special achievement for our MS in Organizational Psychology community. We are delighted to remember and congratulate Apostolos Vrynios and Olivia Kyriakidou on receiving the Best Paper Award at the 18th Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Conference, 2025 for their paper: “Tossing the Coin on Meritocracy: A Qualitative Study on Greek Women in Organizations” This recognition celebrates research that speaks directly to important questions of equality, fairness, gender, and organizational life. It also reflects the value of meaningful academic mentorship and the contribution that our students and faculty can make to contemporary conversations in organizational psychology.
