🤝 The Power of Collaboration in Corporate Foresight   Stefan Neuhaus from Wilo Group and I discussed analyzing the future of the pump industry together. The idea was clear: Creating a shared picture of the future of all German pump manufacturers (more than 100(!)) to address common challenges that are too complex to tackle alone.   📌2️⃣ Two years later, the VDMA study "Pumpe 2040" (Pump 2040 - New prospects for the European pump industry) was released:   📑 5 scenarios, 181 pages, and a lot of input for the member companies to build, adapt and enrich their strategies and innovation efforts.   Thanks to all colleagues who provided their input and brought this project across the finishing line!
