Post 1 — Universal Coherence Law (UCL) (Series: Generative Dynamics of the Active Vacuum) The Universal Coherence Law (UCL) defines the minimal dynamics of the active vacuum in the CSU regime. It requires every local variation of the vacuum state to be structurally compatible with its neighborhood. This law is not geometric; it is structural. 1.1. Operative formulation The UCL is expressed by the minimal differential equation: □V=0 where V is the state of the active vacuum and □ is the coherence operator. In the CSU, this operator is not a geometric d’Alembertian: it is defined as the internal compatibility operator: □V≡∂μ(∂μV) with no metric, no light, no spacetime. The UCL therefore imposes: local stability, internal coherence, absence of propagation, absence of scale. 1.2. Structural interpretation The equation □V=0 does not describe a field in a space. It defines the minimal coherence condition between local states of the vacuum: ∂μV(a)and∂μV(b) must be compatible within their structural neighborhood. This compatibility defines a coherence graph, the first structure of the CSU. 1.3. Coherence invariants The UCL admits a minimal invariant: φ=minimal coherence class This invariant has no numerical value: it is a structural class. It represents the simplest configuration of the active vacuum compatible with □V=0. This invariant is the starting point of regime ascent. 1.4. Condition for regime ascent The UCL requires that when local coherence reaches a minimal closure, the invariant φ becomes unstable and must be replaced by an internal invariant: φ ⟶ SU(3) This transition is not geometric; it is structural. It corresponds to the emergence of internal organization within the vacuum. 1.5. Role of the UCL in generative dynamics The UCL is the law that: defines the minimal dynamics of the active vacuum, imposes local coherence, generates the invariant φ, triggers regime ascent, prepares the emergence of μ and granularity, opens the path to emergent geometry. It is the foundational law of the entire generative dynamics of the active vacuum.
