"Dignity in every season." That's the thread Deepu George Varghese (SAP) and Richard Waindi pulled through an entire rebrand of AgeWatch Africa Foundation — capturing everything they do: elder care across Kenya, and building self-reliance for refugee youth and women through AgeWatch Futures. Deepu came in with storytelling and brand strategy expertise. He left with something harder to put on a resume - a shift in how he sees the world.
