European Projects Unit “My role involves coordinating activities with national and European institutions, working with international partners, and helping transform project ideas into concrete actions that create value for our region and the maritime sector. In the MOVEO Project, I deal with the project management, financial monitoring, and communication activities. This means ensuring that the project runs smoothly, that all partners work together effectively, and that project results are communicated to stakeholders and the wider public.” What do you find most interesting or challenging about your work? “One of the most interesting aspects of my work is identifying new project opportunities that can support the development of ports and maritime communities.
