Dreams2Live4 has received $10,000 in ClubGRANTS funding from Halekulani Bowling Club to support a dedicated Dream Maker role for adults living with terminal cancer in the Central Coast. This funding enables Dreams2Live4 to continue improving emotional wellbeing and quality of life by realising deeply personal dreams that bring joy, dignity and meaningful connection for patients, their families and care teams. Delivered by nurse‑trained Dream Makers, the program: • Supports patients through the emotional and logistical journey of fulfilling a heartfelt dream • Works closely with hospitals, cancer centres and support groups to ensure timely referrals • Provides compassionate, flexible support tailored to each individual’s medical circumstances With nearly 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and many experiencing significant mental health challenges, this support ensures more Central Coast patients are reached during the time they have remaining.
