This summer, we're highlighting our remarkable students at their internships both near and far with a series of postcards. First up: Victor McCarthy ‘28! ✉️ Victor is spending their summer working here at Mount Holyoke, performing research in the laboratory of Professor Wei Chen. Victor writes: "The work that I do revolves around materials and surface chemistry. In the lab, I'm assisting in the investigation of manipulating directionality of the dewetted branches of poly(vinyl alcohol) that form on the surface of PDMS substrates. Spending time over the summer allows for more time to investigate the nature of my research!" 🔬 #mhcsummer
