I’m pleased to share that I have recently completed my training at Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) King Abdullah Specialized Children’s Hospital (KASCH) in the Radiation Oncology Department. This experience was both valuable and enriching, where I gained hands on experience in treatment planning using VMAT, IMRT, and 3D techniques, and developed practical skills in applying half beam block, field-in-field, TBI planning protocols, and other advanced radiotherapy planning methods on Monaco (Elekta-infinity) , and clinical experience with CyberKnife and Brachytherapy procedures, enhancing my understanding of radiation therapy practice, and radiation safety protocols within the department.
