Is this car still available? How often does your team get asked that? Multiple times a day, I bet. How often are you there to say “Yes it is, do you want to view it?” right away? It’s the primary question almost every customer wants to know. If they don’t get a yes, what’s the point continuing? But if you aren’t there to say “Yes”, the customer might move on. It’s one of the simplest things AIME can do, but a very powerful one. AIME saying “Yes, the car is still available” at 9pm gives the opportunity to then nurture the customer, answer any questions they have, value their px, give them a quote for finance and arrange for a callback at a convenient time in the morning. The alternative?
