I met up with Juergen Stackmann, former top level manager at Volkswagen Group and Ford of Europe. We talked about the challenges the European automotive industry is facing and also discussed which skills and which types of leaders are required in today's volatile environment. The result is a podcast which will appear mid-July. Jürgen Stackmann prepared both Skoda and SEAT/Cupra for growth, and during his tenure at Volkswagen he brilliantly won the trust of the dealer network in very challenging times. Jürgen was also one of the architects of Volkswagen's transition from combustion to electric. Always a great pleasure to meet such a great person. #mobilitypioneers #volkswagen #boyden
