Owen Thompson and Ben Celestine-Albert are the co-founders of Cityscape Cleaning Crew, a residential cleaning company focused on making high-quality home cleaning more reliable and stress-free. The venture combines strong cleaners with organized systems, clear communication, and a great client experience for homeowners. Thompson gravitated to the problem after noticing how demand for residential home cleaning had outpaced the supply of reliable services. "A large portion of the industry is made up of individual contractors, which can make consistency, communication, and growth difficult," said Thomspon. "That appealed to us because we saw an opportunity to use marketing, operations, and systems to professionalize the experience.
